Why We Offer Business Printing Solutions

Why We Offer Business Printing Solutions

business_printing_solutionsWe offer business printing solutions because we believe in giving your business the opportunity to stay focused on what it does best. We want your business to be productive, void of interruptions or frustrations and focused on providing your products and/or services to your customers. You don't want your employees spending their time fighting the printer. Here's how our business printing solutions work to accomplish each of these goals.

We Offer Business Printing Solutions to…

Increase Productivity

Some printers are slow, while others are constantly jammed. Many multifunction printers are overworked or underutilized. Often times printing equipment is poorly placed within offices or some offices have far too many personal printers.

Unmanaged printing equipment can cause a variety of issues; those listed above are just a few examples. These issues cause delays, interrupt activity and increase spending. The development of a print strategy and ongoing maintenance and management creates structure, improving workflow and productivity.

To keep your business as productive as possible, we've created a four step process to determine if your printer(s)/scanner(s)/copier(s) are right for your office and the best way to use each effectively.

  1. We assess your current situation.
How many multifunction devices do you have? How well are they maintained?
  2. We plan ways to improve workflow throughout your office.
  3. We set benchmarks.
How are we going to measure success for your company?
  4. We work with you to manage your multifunction devices and head off problems before they impact productivity.

Eliminate Interruptions and Frustrations

One of the most troubling occurrences within an office is a malfunctioning printer. Whether you are trying to print a document for an important meeting or a single document for your file, a printer that won’t print causes frustration. Nobody has the time (or patience) for this type of interruption. This could be a connectivity issue, lack of toner, a simple paper jam, poor quality or an unknown issue; our priority is eliminating the potential for these to develop.

To prevent a toner supply interruption from derailing your day, we use a smart ordering system. Unlike automatic ordering, which sends you a preset amount of supplies on a particular day each month, our smart ordering system actually keeps tracks of the supplies you're using. Your printers and copiers communicate with us, telling us how much toner you have left and if we should send another.
For other printer frustrations our Help Desk is available. They are equipped with the knowledge to talk users through correcting common issues, resetting devices and repairing minor glitches. If this resource is unable to support, on-site maintenance will be scheduled.

Enable Success and Focus on Your Goals

At any given time, an employee can be doing one of two things: they can be focused on the business-related task assigned to them, or they can be struggling to do something they're not trained for, but which has to be done – like getting the printer to work properly. Needless to say, it’s important for businesses to give their employees the tools to focus on their primary goals. You want your sales people making sales calls, not pleading with the copier.

In any business system, there are going to be hiccups. However, our business printing solutions focus on minimizing these issues and helping your employees spend more time working on their main goals. We create print environments to be self-sustaining, and our Help Desk is filled with experts to provide assistance in case something goes wrong.

We also conduct recurring business reviews with you to ensure everything is running smoothly. Think of it like an annual checkup with your doctor – this is our opportunity to improve efficiency and prevent problems before they have the chance to occur.

We Want You to Be Your Best

Ultimately, we want your business to stay focused on what it does best, serving your customers. We have designed our business printing solutions to make sure that happens. Speak with a Copier/Printer Specialist to determine how our solutions can offer improvements in your print environment.
