ST. CLOUD, MINN., JUNE 5, 2019 – Marco is honored to be one of only 60 companies recognized as a best place to work by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ).
The publication revealed the top recipients for the Best Place to Work 2019 award. Leading technology provider Marco was among the 60 recipients total across the categories of Extra Small (10 to 24 employees), Small (25 to 49 employees), Medium (50-249 employees) and Large (250+ employees). Marco was one of just 10 honorees in the Large Company category.
Chosen for the ability to create and maintain engaged workforces, the companies were evaluated through a company-wide employee survey response on employee engagement, culture, teamwork and support. Recipients are chosen using research by Quantum Workplace and MSPBJ.
Marco was chosen for its unique ability to attract and retain employees with a positive culture. In fact, Marco has a Gold Standard initiative, which is founded on pillars of Employee Engagement, Community Support, Vendor Partnerships and Client Satisfaction.
