The Trustmark is awarded to dealerships that meet or exceed Nexera’s established service performance benchmarks through an annual audit process and ongoing evaluation across a comprehensive service scorecard. Marco’s 2026 designation is based on 2025 performance data from its Nexera Suite subscription.
Key performance indicators evaluated include Call Backs, Hold for Parts, Average Response Time, Territory Integrity, World MCBV, and Technician Time Management.
