Marco Reinvents Its Unified Communications Offering

ST. CLOUD, MINN., OCT. 2, 2023 – Marco Technologies announced today that it made several strategic updates to its Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) offering to improve the user experience and allow more integrations, while remaining at a competitive price point. Its new offering also comes with a new name: UnifiedCollaboration with Webex by Cisco

There are a few features that promise to make this new offering fundamentally different from its predecessor: 

  • UnifiedCollaboration’s platform is Webex by Cisco, a robust platform that includes voice calling, meetings, contact center, file share, and groups
  • With over 300 app integrations, like OneDrive, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce, users enjoy a more seamless experience
  • This solution allows for more flexibility and can accommodate desk phones, softphones, and a mobile app
  • Robust security, privacy, and data protection are already built into the platform
  • End users can take advantage of advanced features like voice optimization, real-time translation, and custom layout options
  • Marco can provide additional assistance as needed with connectivity, meeting room kits, webinar and contact center capabilities, firewalls, and more
