Audio/Video Systems: Technology you can see and hear.
A/V technology - this is the stuff that started as science fiction, but now is science fact. When you walk into a building and see an entire wall covered in flat panel displays all linked together to show one massive video feed, you can't help but stop and stare.
We can setup an audio system in zones so that the sound from the front entry speakers matches what's on the massive TV wall. Further down the hall, the speakers play ambient music. As you cross a digital menu board for the cafeteria, the audio changes to the feed coming from the display.
When you step into a meeting room, the lights automatically fade. You can hear the cooling fans in the projector and the computer kick on and start to purr, waiting for input. All because you entered the room.
The possibilities are only limited by the current hardware and software available and your imagination. Whether it's a basic sound and projector system for a board room or it's a fully integrated classroom, conference room or auditorium at a college campus, Marco can make it happen.
Enter the Interactive Building
Audio and video are no longer two separate things. We have telephone systems with built-in cameras. It's like a micro video conference with a co-worker down the hall.
Our video surveillance systems let you monitor the front door, back door, loading docks or any interior space too. You can network it all together with Video over IP. You can even use a button on your desk phone to buzz the front door to let someone in once you've verified their identity through the camera and two-way speaker system.
With today's digital signage technology, you could put an interactive kiosk in your front lobby. Your customers can scroll through your company story. Read the latest news. Browse the employee directory.
This is all very cool stuff. And it's just the tip of the iceberg.
Getting Started with a Digital Audio/Video System
Sure we have all the latest gadgets and cool techy toys to make your room or building into a digital playground. However, none of that really means anything without a good understanding of what you are trying to accomplish.
System Design and Planning
Making it all work is what we do best. When we're done designing your new audio/video system, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it.
After assessing your company's needs, our A/V and Networking team will recommend a plan that is both flexible and scalable. Simply–you can change the plan how you see fit and the system will be installed in a manner that can easily grow with your company.
Every office has that person or two who's a whiz on computers. That's who we'll start with. We'll teach them the ins and outs of your new audio/video system so they can be an
in-house resource for everyone else. You can still call us too, though. That's what we're here for!
We can provide additional training to teams or individuals. We can come to your place, or we can do it all digitally with your new technology that we just installed!
So something goes wrong. Maybe you pushed a wrong button, or maybe hardware fails. Most of the time, our audio/video systems are "set it and forget it". But sometimes, things just don't work right. That's when you can count on us for the support you need to get your system back up and operational. We have several types of maintenance agreements you can choose from to support your audio/video system.
