Brian Wyatt

Brian Wyatt brings more than 25 years of experience scaling technology services companies and building high-performance teams. Most recently, Brian served as CEO and managing director of ALTEN Technology USA, where he led the strategic transformation of U.S. operations. Before ALTEN, he spent nearly a decade at Cyient, a global engineering solutions company, where he earned a reputation as an exceptionally thoughtful and inclusive leader. 

In many ways, stepping into the CEO role at Marco represents a homecoming for Brian. His very first job was at his grandfather's law firm in Spirit Lake, a small town on the Minnesota-Iowa border. His role was to keep law books current — until he was asked to install the firm's first IBM PS/2 computer, which made that job obsolete but sparked an early interest in technology services.

Brian's Midwestern roots and commitment to Marco's people-first values make him a natural fit to protect and build on the company's Gold Standard culture while guiding it through its next chapter of growth.

Outside of work, Brian is known for his steady stream of bad dad jokes, and he describes himself as a “long-suffering but loyal” Minnesota sports fan. He spends his free time golfing, skiing, and traveling with his wife and three sons.
