Join us for a sizzling day of BBQ excellence! Wilson Marine presents a double feature for rib enthusiasts: a high-stakes cooking competition and an expert-led masterclass. Whether you're here to compete, learn, or both, this event promises a day full of flavor, fun, and community spirit. In celebration of the 75 years of business at Wilson Marine, they are raising funds for the American Cancer Society, and we need your help to reach our goal!

COMPETITION RIBS BBQ CLASS
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Inside the showroom
Cost: $40 donation to the American Cancer Society
NOTE: All donations are matched by Wilson Marine
Class Highlights:
- Instructor: Chris Marks from Three Little Pigs
- Learn competition-level rib preparation techniques
- Expert tips from a renowned pitmaster
- Support a great cause while improving your BBQ skills
RIB COOK-OFF COMPETITION
Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Check-in: 8:00 AM
Rib Turn-in: 3:00 PM
Winner Presentation: 4:00 PM
Entry fee: $50
Competition Details:
- 3 slabs of St. Louis cut spareribs provided
- Judging criteria based on taste, tenderness, and appearance
- Turn-in boxes provided with garnish optional
- 10 x 10 cooking space per team
- Bring your own equipment and supplies
- Generators allowed (please minimize noise)
