Welcome to the New Marco Website, and Your Chance to Win

It’s been about six weeks since the new marconet.com launched. This project was over half a year in the making. Most of that time was spent doing research and planning. From that research, we were able to re-architect the site. That’s a fancy term for how we organized the pages and the content on those pages. This new architecture helps us capture traffic from search engines, but also more logically guides a user through the website.

We developed this site to function as a digital sales force. Our previous website was basically a massive online brochure with limited ways to get a hold of somebody. We wanted the new site to make everything very easy and logical for our visitors.

Notable Features of the New Site

  • Call to Action (CTA) Buttons - The new website features Call to Action buttons on every single page. The purpose of these is to get our visitor to take the next step in the sales process, but only on their terms, when they’re ready.
  • Dynamic Case Studies – One of the most visited areas of our old website was our customer case studies.The new site now dynamically places case study links on every page based on the content of that page. Users can also browse through a re-organized “Industries Served” section and read case studies a la carte.
  • Online Employment Applications – This was another highly trafficked section of the old site. With as fast as Marco is growing, we needed a better way to manage our job openings and incoming applications. This new section accomplishes that very well.
  • Regular Blog Posts – We’ve always had regular posts with our Leadership and CTO blogs, but wanted to provide more information that relates to our day-to-day business. One of the best ways to grow your website is through regular blogging about topics that provide value to searchers. That’s why we started our Technology Insights Blog. We post 4 times per week on various topics related to our industry. The blog is not a sales tool – it’s a tool to educate and provide value to new and existing customers.
  • Events Calendar – Another result of how fast we’re growing is the increase in the number of  live and local events we are hosting. The events calendar lets us publish those events and accept registrations through our website.

If you’re a current Marco customer, or just a visitor, this website is a resource for you! We want the information you find here to be valuable to your business. Hopefully we can help you solve some problems with the content we provide.

If you’re a Marco Employee, use this website to your advantage when working with your clients. Every page of copy was re-written in a way that tells our visitors exactly what we do and how it benefits them. We have dozens of posts on our blog from every one of our main verticals. The blog is a great resource for questions and support issues.
