Employee Benefits

Benefits: It's about way more than health insurance.

At Marco, our employee benefits extend way beyond holiday pay and a great 401k plan. They also include something that's a little less tangible: our fun and friendly corporate culture. Because even the best health insurance plan can't match the benefit of loving what you do and who you're doing it with. Our unique benefits and culture are just a few of the many reasons we attract such talented candidates. And why so many of our employees make Marco their long-term career.

Additional Benefits

  • Medical Insurance

All full-time employees working 30 hours per week or more are eligible for these benefits.

Marco benefits package includes:

401k Plan – As much as you'll love working here, we know someday you'll want to retire. Marco contributes a $1 for $1 match on employee contributions up to a maximum of 5% of eligible compensation. The 401k plan allows employees to defer up to 60% of their gross earnings per plan year to help save for retirement.

Personal Days – The longer you're here, the more personal time you'll accumulate. Full-time employees earn 15 personal days after the first year of employment.

Holiday Pay – As a family-friendly employer, we want our employees to spend the holidays with the ones they love. So Marco is closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Eve (3 P.M.), New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (P.M. only), Christmas Day, Good Friday (P.M. only).

Funeral Pay - Employees are allowed up to five days with pay in case of death in their immediate family and up to three days with pay in case of death of other family members.

Military Leave - Employees who are members of the uniformed services (Armed Forces and the Army National Guard and Air National Guard) will be granted a military leave of absence for temporary active duty or field training.
