Brian Taylor is a dynamic and results-driven sales executive with extensive experience leading revenue growth initiatives, transforming sales teams, and driving market expansion. As Chief Revenue Officer at Marco Technologies, he is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to fuel business growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Marco, Brian was the President and Founder of Taylor Sales Advisory Services, where he partnered with organizations across multiple industries to develop and implement high-impact sales strategies. His expertise in sales transformation, forecasting models, and multi-touch marketing approaches has enabled companies to reverse revenue declines, accelerate pipeline growth, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Brian also co-founded Outperform Institute; an innovative e-learning platform designed to elevate sales performance through world-class training. His ability to blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution has made him a trusted advisor to sales teams and executives alike.
Previously, Brian held senior leadership roles at Hearst Health, Change Healthcare, and Advata, where he led large-scale sales transformations, introduced new revenue models, and spearheaded business development initiatives that resulted in double-digit growth.
A passionate leader and mentor, Brian believes in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing soccer, and supporting charitable initiatives focused on children in need.
