For seven years, I counted Marco as a customer. Seeing Marco from an outsiders perspective, I was impressed by employee loyalty and continual investments to maintain relevance in an ever changing market. It took some time to understand what makes Marco such a special place. My only regret is not joining sooner. This high level of employee satisfaction ties directly into customer satisfaction which, of course, is critically important. I recruit people to join the team; I would feel guilty if I kept the benefits of our great culture all to myself.
