Product Lifecycle Specialist

The Product Lifecycle Specialist is responsible for leading and managing various initiatives to support Marco solutions during key phases of the product lifecycle. The Product Lifecycle Specialist will oversee, coordinate, and prioritize initiatives as assigned by Business Operations Management, including Product launches, unsupportable solution transitions, acquired client onboarding and solution migrations, and product sunsetting. The Product Lifecycle Specialist will create and execute tactical project plans, engage cross-functional teams to execute, and revise as appropriate to meet challenging needs and requirements to deliver business value by balancing resources, scope and time. In addition, the Product Lifecycle Specialist will assist in process improvement and development related to product lifecycle management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline and 2+ years of experience in campaign or initiative management
  • Function as a good educator who is trustworthy, credible, and willing to share information and serve as a mentor and coach
  • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Self-managed with a strong ability to exercise objective judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
