Contracts Coordinator

Hutchinson, MN | Jefferson City, MO

The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of contract programs and service maintenance agreements. You are responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current contracts within Marco to include billing, renewing, and terminating
  • Perform set up of new contracts
  • Maintain existing customer contracts through workflow process to include billing adjustments, new deals, and device maintenance
  • Perform gathering of meter readings
  • Perform customer service related activities with internal and external customers through phone and email correspondence
  • Provide reports to internal and external customers upon request
  • Assist customers with billing questions or concerns and provide resolution
  • Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and 2+ years of experience     
  • Accounting skills/experience preferred
  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Outlook and a high level of Excel knowledge 
  • Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports
