Mistakes Might Happen
As the Regional Sales Manager for the Twin Cities and Southern Minnesota, Shelley knows our Managed Services offering from every angle. As she said in the video, when you select Marco as your managed service partner, it’s our job to make your technology run smoothly. But when it comes down to it, we’re not perfect. We’re human, and sometimes mistakes are made.
The most important part, though, is how we come back from mistakes. We don’t hide, pass the buck or point fingers. Instead, we get right back up, recover from any missteps and communicate fully and openly.
Great Communication is Always There
Every single managed service partnership with Marco has its own account team. This team is responsible for providing answers to questions and addressing any and all concerns. There are pre-defined, time-tested points of contact for any needs that may arise.
When it comes down to it, our job is to be good communicators. In the event that we do make a mistake, we own it, document it and iron out a process moving forward. This way, if a situation ever does repeat itself, we have a clear plan in place for how to resolve it.
