What is this Award?
Penton Technology conducted its eighth-annual survey of managed service providers and IT service providers between December 2014 and January 2015. The survey evaluates a unique set of criteria for participating businesses, such as annual recurring revenues and total revenue, to determine companies that excel in the field of managed and IT services. Following evaluation, Penton Technology unveils its list of the top 501 managed service providers (MSP) for the year.
Marco not only earned a spot on the 2015 MSPmentor 501 list, it earned the #20 rank. We are honored to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the world's largest firms, offering excellent managed services to our growing customer base.
What Criteria is Considered for Selection?
Participants in the top 501 MSPs survey must provide a wide range of information that provides a deep, diverse look at the overall health and vitality of the business. Marco and all other participants were evaluated on the following criteria:
- Annual recurring revenues
- Annual recurring revenues as a percentage of growth (year over year)
- Annual recurring revenues dollar growth (YoY)
- Number of customer devices managed (PCs, services, network equipment, notebooks, tablets, etc.)
- Devices managed percentage growth (YoY)
- Devices managed numerical growth (YoY)
- Employee headcount
- Employee headcount percentage growth (YoY)
- Employee headcount actual number growth (YoY)
- Revenue per employee
- Devices managed per employee
All managed services providers are welcome to participate in this annual survey, and be considered for this award. Results are based purely on the data provided in the survey.
