Jennifer Mrozek, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations
Jennifer brings a distinct combination of analytical and communication skills to her work as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Marco. Jennifer started her career in public accounting before transitioning to the private sector joining Marco in 1998 as an accounting supervisor. She became Controller in 2003; Chief Financial Officer in 2007; and recently promoted to Executive Vice President in 2017.
Her active involvement in operations and leadership has helped Marco achieve record financial results and stock growth. She has played a key role in executing on the company’s acquisition strategy. Jennifer has been Instrumental in building a transparent culture and implementing strategies for consistently strong revenue and profit growth.
Jennifer was recognized for her achievements by being named one of Times Media’s 5 Under 40 and Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal’s CFO of the Year. She is also a board member of Marco; a board member of the St Cloud Hospital; a board member of SJE Rhombus in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; and board chair of St. Cloud Area YMCA.

Community Involvement: St Cloud Area YMCA Board Chair, board member of Marco, St. Cloud Hospital board member and a board member of SJE Rhombus. Jennifer has also served as a CentraCare Foundation volunteer, Junior Achievement Board Member, Stearns/Benton Employment and Training Council Board Member and donates much of her time and talent to St. Boniface School in Cold Spring.
