Jen Miller

Jen Miller has worn many hats at Marco since joining in 2015. From account management, to building teams focused on improving the customer experience, to finding opportunities to expedite revenue, Jen has a gift for improving processes throughout the organization for clients and employees alike. In her current role as Director of Integration, Jen leads the integration planning, the process adoption and development, and the execution of acquisitions and corporate strategies. 

Prior to joining Marco, Jen spent her career at Securian Financial Group gaining valuable insights on management and leadership from various roles in the group insurance division and marketing communications department. Throughout her career, she’s been fortunate that her work has been in perfect alignment with her passions — the management of people and processes.

On the rare moment that Jen isn’t hard at work doing either one, she enjoys playing trivia, napping, and spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their dog. Jen also makes time to serve her community through her role as Vice President of the Prep Parent League.
