1. Planning and design
The first and most important part of the process is asking the right questions. We’ll work with you to uncover your business objectives and how the right technology can take you there. With years of field experience, our planning and design team can help you choose technology that will give you the best return on your investment and support you as you grow. At this stage, we don’t leave any stone unturned or any details to chance. Because the more thorough we are at developing our design, the more successful you’ll be going forward.
Throughout implementation, you’ll be assigned a project manager who will be your single point of contact. This streamlines the process, keeps you informed throughout every step and ensures everyone is on the same page from start to finish.
3. Client Care
Once your technology is successfully implemented, we don’t consider that the end of the road. You’ll be assigned a dedicated CARE team that includes highly trained techs who know and understand the specific nuances of your industry, vertical applications and computing platform. This gives our CARE team technicians the ability to apply more context to any issues you may face and reach a quicker resolution. Our CARE teams boast a 95% resolution rate without having to escalate the issue to a higher level technical resource.
