System Design and Integration - Marco can design your room for the system or design the system for your room. We work closely with your facilities team to find out exactly how your classroom, training, meeting, or board room will be used. Then we determine proper placement of your audio/video equipment according to the configuration of your room. We can also integrate your system with third party applications to provide a complete solution for all your audio and video needs.
 
Network Expertise - As the audio/video and IT worlds converge, having the network expertise to support your AV system has never been more important.  Marco's experience begins with the backbone of your organization - the network. In fact, we've been providing our customers with data networking solutions since 1985 so you can be assured you'll be well connected!

A/V System Training: Once you’re A/V system is installed a Marco technician will provide training to the key operator(s) of the new AV equipment. Additional individual and follow up trainings can be included as part of the project design and implementation.

Digital Signage Training: On-site or remote training is provided by digital signage product specialists.

Support: Marco offers several types of maintenance agreements from Hosted and Managed Services (see below) to onsite service requests when needed.
