SUPPORT & UPGRADES: ON-CALL PRINTER SERVICE
Thanks to the people back at our offices who keep the wheels turning every day, our managed print environments are pretty self-sustaining. Every now and then, though, something breaks or goes down. And sometimes you just have a question and need to talk to someone.
Folks who know our printers and copiers inside and out are almost instantly available with a simple phone call to our help desk. If there is a problem, they can solve it. We also have an online portal for every customer to access their order history, support call history and to check the status on a current issue.
In the event that it can't be fixed over the phone or via remote login, our techs are happy to come to your office for service and support.
PROACTIVE PRINTER SERVICE
Our upgrade process is proactive, not reactive. Before an interoffice meltdown occurs, we’ll identify the problem and take care of it. We're able to detect problems before the issue surfaces and have your machine repaired or replaced.
If a laser printer under your Managed Print Services contract is unserviceable, or the cost of repair exceeds the value of the machine, we'll replace it with a comparable model at no cost. Now that’s printer service you can’t beat!
