If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return guidelines below to obtain approval for your return.
- All returns must have a pre-approved Marco RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Product returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of date of purchase.
- All returns must be unopened, in new condition and include all original manufacturers’ packaging. Any product found to have broken manufacturer seals or any nonmanufacturer markings, will be subject to restocking fees and/or returned to the customer.
- Special or custom orders are nonreturnable.
- Shipping damage must be reported with in 5 calendar days
- Return requests after 15 calendar days of date of purchase are at Marco’s discretion.
- Returns must be received within 10 calendar days of Marco’s RMA issue date. Items received after 10 calendar days may be subject to a restocking fee and/or returned to the customer.
- Product that is returned to Marco without prior authorization will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged for return freight.
- Certain returned products may be subject to restocking fees and are at Marco’s discretion.
- When shipping, always insure the package for the full retail value of the item. Please return product via a traceable shipping company (UPS, FED-EX or DHL). Do not send via US mail. Please provide the appropriate shipping /packing for the return product.
- Please do not return any items COD. Marco’s receiving department will not accept COD returns.
