Interstate Engineering was using a copier that had a large amount of copies on it and was getting costly to operate. They were looking for a newer unit with added features and future network capabilities.

Damon DeVillers, Office Manager for Interstate Engineering’s Wapheton office, worked with Marco to find a solution to fit their printing needs. Marco suggested a Sharp AR-507 digital imager.

Interstate Engineering’s 14 employees at their Wapheton office now use the new Sharp imager.  Damon said, “The Sharp AR-507 has many more features and options than our previous unit. Being able to run 50 reports and have them sorted and stapled is a really nice option. We just moved into our office a month ago, so once we get the unit networked, it’ll be nice to print right from the desktop. The scan to email option on the unit will also be a very nice feature which will save us wear and tear on our printers.”

Damon added, “We’re very pleased with Marco’s service and responsiveness. Whenever we call for service, they give us an approximate time they’ll be here.  Or if they’re in the area, they’ll just stop in. With our previous vendor we would never know when they were coming and we’d have to outsource our jobs because it would take a couple of days before they got here. Marco's representatives stop by to visit, and when I have a question, they get back to me right away.”
