“Josh figured out how many copies we were running per month and what we were paying for ink cartridges,” explained Michelle. “He then presented the information to us on paper so we could see the bottom line of what we were actually paying.”
Josh recommended that Team Lab upgrade to a Sharp MX-2300N color copier/printer. The unit is networked to allow all of their staff to print directly from their computers. They also benefit from added features such as two-sided copies, sorting, stapling, folding, and booklet-making.
Marco set Team Lab up on their Managed Account Program — a flexible financing program that allows them to utilize a new copier/printer and upgrade features as needed. They just pay for the number of copies/prints generated each month. The program includes the equipment, service, and supplies — everything except staples, paper, and network troubleshooting services.
Michelle said, “Josh and Marco’s entire team were very informative and helpful when making our decision on a new copier. They did a very nice presentation and got back to me to get all of my questions answered.”
She went on, “We figure the unit saves us about $300 per month, depending on the number of copies we make. Marco’s Managed Account Program helps our cash flow because it’s managed over a period of time.”
Michelle has also worked with Dan Pflepsen, Marco Technology Advisor, for voice and data services.
Team Lab has also been pleased with Marco’s service. “Service is my thing – if I don’t get great service, you’ve lost me as a customer,” said Michelle. “If I ever have a question, Marco’s people have always been available and instrumental in getting me answers. And if there are any problems we can’t solve, Marco’s service staff is here that same day.”
