Marco, Inc., named “One of the Top 25 Best Small Business Companies to Work for in America” has a full-time career opportunity available for a Convergence Voice/Data Networking Engineer in the Fargo area. Marco is a certified Mitel Exclusive Business Partner, and one of the largest Mitel dealer’s in North America.
Responsibilities include:
• Pre/post-sales technical support of IP telephony and related applications,
• Initial data network evaluation of VoIP capability,
• Installation support including IP PBX, Cisco routers and Cisco/HP switches, Qos, Diffserv and Vlan’s, and
• Solution design to include data network evaluation for VoIP capabilities
Successful candidate must have PBX manufacturer certifications including voice applications, 3-5 years voice and/or data networking experience, excellent problem solving and presentation skills and superior verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Exchange experience/certification is a plus. A 2 year college degree in voice/data networking or 5 years industry experience is preferred.
