Minneapolis / St. Paul consulting company is seeking an experienced Technical Support Representative to join the IT team in our St. Paul, MN location. The person in this position will assist in the support, implementation and administration of Unified Messaging as it pertains to Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Microsoft Office Communication server and related equipment and software. Responsibilities include presales and post sales support as it relates to Microsoft UM, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
