Customer Satisfaction

Everyone is going to tell you they have the “best” product, “best” service, and the “best” people. Right? At Marco, we believe that if you don’t measure it, you can’t manage it.

Marco defines satisfaction as meeting and exceeding your expectations and contributing to your success. Since 1994, we have surveyed our customers monthly after each installation of a product or service solution to measure customer satisfaction. We document the results, and if we receive a ranking of 3 or less (on a scale of 1 to 5) or if a customer would not recommend us, the appropriate manager is notified to follow-up and make sure any issues are resolved.

Many of our vendors also require us to meet customer satisfaction levels to achieve and maintain authorization as vendor partners. Marco has been recognized by partners such as Mitel and HP for outstanding customer satisfaction.
