Marco implemented its Employee Stock Ownership Plan in 1989 because we know our performance is a direct result of knowledgeable employee owners who understand the relationship between your success and ours. Our culture is unique in that we share our financial performance with all employees, knowing that every one of us has a direct impact on our bottom line. In 2006, Marco contributed over two million dollars to their employee owners.

We know that satisfied employees lead to satisfied customers. For the last 15 years, Marco has been surveying our employees annually to measure and continually improve employee satisfaction. We measure employee satisfaction in six areas: overall work, management, benefits, quality of service, training, and compensation. Employee satisfaction is part of Marco’s culture and allows us to have some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry
